• Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

• Processing time may be extended during holidays, sales, or restocks.

• Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Delayed delivery

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately (3 day period after package is received).
If the order has already shipped, we cannot intercept it, and no refund will be issued.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it:

• Customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
