Welcome to Derra’s Blessed Hands and Derra’sJSM (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, including our Shopify store and booking platform through GlossGenius (collectively, the “Sites”), as well as your purchase of products and booking of services. By accessing our Sites or making a purchase/booking, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Sites.

1. General Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province, to purchase products or book services. By using our Sites, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders/bookings at our discretion.

2. Products & Orders (Shopify Store)

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, colors, textures, and details may vary based on your device or natural variations. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any content on our Sites is error-free.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with proof of purchase and photos so that we may assist with a solution.

3. Service Bookings (GlossGenius)

Booking Appointments

Appointments for beauty services are booked through GlossGenius. By booking, you agree to all policies listed here and on our GlossGenius profile.

Deposits

Many services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe listed on our GlossGenius policy page 24 hours.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, loss of deposit, or being restricted from future bookings.

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to termination of service privileges.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in:

  • a shortened service time,

  • a rescheduling requirement, or

  • a late fee.

Health & Safety

If you exhibit symptoms of illness or have a condition that interferes with safe service, we reserve the right to reschedule or decline the appointment.

4. Payments

We accept payment methods available on Shopify for product orders and GlossGenius for service bookings. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge you for purchases, deposits, fees, and services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites—including logos, branding, text, images, product descriptions, service descriptions, and designs—is owned by Derra’s Blessed Hands / Derra’sJSM and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Sites or services for:

  • unlawful or fraudulent purposes,

  • attempting to interfere with site functionality,

  • transmitting viruses or malicious code,

  • collecting personal information of others,

  • infringing on our intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • allergic reactions or adverse effects from products or services,

  • third-party service or shipping provider errors,

  • actions taken as a result of misinformation or failure to follow post-care or product instructions.
